Refund policy

At Lumaline, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories where applicable. Certain items such as personal care products, intimate goods, final sale items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

Once your return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back using the provided return instructions. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
